Join the 2020 Competition
The Dean/Director/PAA Advisor student nomination process will begin on October 21, 2019. Deans may nominate up to three students to participate in the competition. Deans/Directors/PAA Advisors will have up until January 3, 2020 to nominate students.
Each school can only nominate one team: five members and four alternates. Other interested students can apply as individuals.
The competition is open to masters students only. Undergraduate students may not apply nor be nominated.
Students Nominated by Deans/Directors/Pi Alpha Alpha (PAA) Advisors:
Students who have been nominated by a Dean/Director/PAA Advisor to participate in the competition will be notified by a NASPAA Simulation Competition team member. As a Dean/Director/PAA Advisor nominee, you be placed in the priority applicant pool. The deadline to register is January 7, 2020.
Students will be notified about their site assignments and teams by January 11, 2020.
Students Self-Registering for the Competition:
Student self-registration will be open from November 20, 2019 to January 3, 2020.
Self-registered students will be notified of their application status and whether or not they have been accepted to participate by January 11.
